In search of my personal balance, I discovered Iyengar Yoga and it was a revelation for my physical and mental well-being. I decided to get involved in this discipline which I have been teaching with enthusiasm, passion and joy since 2019. I continue to train myself with teachers who nourish, inspire and deeply color my teaching and my practice. Born in Albania in 1982, I fled my country in 1997, following a civil war. I lived for more than 9 years as an undocumented person and I spent my adolescence fighting to survive, and above all to succeed until 2014, when I was struck by a burnout and I had to start looking for meaning in my life, apart from material success. To get over it, I tried many practices and therapies, and Dynamic Sophrology is the practice that saved me. Since then, it has been part of my daily life and I decided to train myself, to share this magnificent tool with as many people as possible. After 2 years of training, I graduated in 2019 from the Belgian School of Dynamic Sophrology. My desire is to share sophrology, in order to give concrete tools, which can be easily adopted and applied independently, to relax our poor overworked mind, and make room to let all our other intelligences express themselves; those of the body, emotions, intuition and heart. +32472 92 42 25 |
