Born in Japan, graduated in Physical Education in Tokyo. I worked for several years as professional contemporary dancer in Japan and Belgium, and work with my experience of physical research of life force observation as massage therapist (Hawaiian massage), ZEN Shiatsu, Chinese medicine. My yoga journey started in 2003, in Brussels, I love teaching and practicing yoga. It teaches me lot of things about myself. How to deal with problems physically, mentally. And it directs me at the positive and strong mind level and it gives me joyful of life. I would like to share this essential sense of yoga.
More than 20 years of experience in the field of yoga and relaxation with harmonization of subtle energies. After 4 years of training in Hatha Yoga, she was mainly interested in Egyptian Yoga taught by Yogi Babacar Khane (International Yoga Institute). She is pursuing continuing education with this Master. She was introduced to Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) by Christiane Brandt, founder of Yogashram. She attended Mindfulness seminars, led by a great Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. The effects of the practice that she offers are concretized by improvements in the posture of the back, the respiratory range, the good circulation of energies in the physical and mental bodies which bring the practitioner to a state of general well-being.
Veronika, born in Prague, is RYT (200h Ashtanga TT in the Brussels Yoga loft, 2017) and certified KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) Children’s Yoga Teacher. She followed the teacher training with Joe Barnet in Yin Yoga & Anatomy (50h, Sampoorna Yoga Brussels, 2019).
I love teaching yoga to kids and sharing the joy of yoga practice with my students. For me, yoga is an exciting journey to come back to ourselves which can start at any moment in your life. Within my yoga classes I want to create a safe and nurturing space for my students, being aware of differences in our bodies.

Born in Madrid, disciplined, demanding and passionate about traveling, I have always felt the soul of an adventurer always up for challenges.
In search of my personal balance, I discovered Iyengar Yoga and it was a revelation for my physical and mental well-being. I decided to get involved in this discipline which I have been teaching with enthusiasm, passion and joy since 2019.
I continue to train myself with teachers who nourish, inspire and deeply color my teaching and my practice.
I am committed to making you discover my practice and share my experience with you, which is why I am joining the Yogaauderghem team.
Katalin Zoé Molnárfi
Born in Paris, Katalin is a choirmaster, teacher of musical training and piano. I have been organizing sound baths since 2018. I trained at the Gong Academy in Budapest, Hungaryand I am certified “Gong – Klangpraktiker nach Elisabeth Dierlich®”.
By making music, since my childhood, I feel the benefits of positive sound in my mind and in my body. I was deeply moved by the first encounter with Tibetan bowls and the gong. Since then, I would like to share this experience. Let yourself be guided in these magical waves...
Passionate about Yoga, I went to India in order to study traditional Hatha (Flow), Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra for a few months. I am back to Belgium to keep sharing what I learned with others and keep learning with different teachers in different places.
To me, Yoga practice is as important on the mat as off the mat and so this way I am able to use its benefits in our day-to-day life.
Yoga helped me in one of the most important and challenging moments of my life and still helps me to reconnect with myself, my breathing, the present moment and not being overwhelmed by negative external events.
My desire is to guide other people with similar aspiration to (re)connect with their well-being and happiness.
